Shopping Night Out with Cosmopolitan @ Coach

Hi Huneybees,

With Coach's 70th Anniversary, they have launched a collection of new bags and we were introduced to them. Together with Cosmopolitan magazine, we were all treated to a night of fun and great discounts. I even learned the many versatile ways to match my clothing with Coach bags!

Gwyneth Paltrow is the face for the new collection.

Ok, let's go in and take a look around the store and check out the bags!

When we stepped into the store, we were greeted by what I would call the younger range of Coach. It's more affordable and colours are more bright. Suitable for teenagers and up, more casual, more party-ish. And below is the other section, which I think is more suitable for working ladies, colours are on the safer side, for easy matching, but I find them more versatile too... :)

The bags on the left are part of the 70th Anniversary collection. The tag has a special cut out to commemorate the limited edition collection.

Coach is not just about bags. They have clothings like leather jackets and accessories, sunglasses, shoes and even right down to fragrance!

The above 2 bags are also part of the 70th Anniversary collection.

And who says Coach is only for the ladies?! They have amazing leather goods for the men too! Wallets, keychains, laptop bags, belts, etc, all catered to the new age males out there...

OK! So then, it was time for the bag introduction by Cosmopolitan Singapore.

The Pinnacle Leather Eva in Black is considered the Everyday Bag by Cosmo.
This structured bag is the perfect choice to complement your work and weekend ensembles. Opt for neutral colours like black, navy or brown that go with most outfits and its roomy size allows you to carry all your essentials in style.

The Madison Quilted Chevron Nylon Mini Sophia in Vermillion is the Mini Bag.
The mini bag allows you to carry just the bare essentials like cash, cards, keys and mobile phone. A bright textured style with short handles and a sling strap gives you the option to carry it the way you want.

The Poppy Foldover Crossbody is the Weekend Bag.
This bag comes in Tartan print but it wasn't launched that day. So they used the blue one. It's casual, chic, yet playful and is the ideal throw-everything-in bag for weekend shopping trips. It will also add some interest and style to a basic monochrome look when you opt for the Tartan print bag.

Sorry didn't catch the name of this bag. But Cosmo calls this the Novelty Bag as one can introduce a hint of sparkle to their evening look , simple, yet fuss free to add interest to your outfit as well as channel the current metallic trend without going over the top.

The Madison Gathered Leather Zip Clutch in Bordeaux is the Clutch Bag.
This versatile clutch will take you from the office to a night out with your girlfriends in a flash. For an alternative to black, try a deep berry hue or navy which will work well with most outfit.

Tempted to get any bag? That night, there was also a little contest. Everyone got to pose with a bag of the choice and hopefully stand a chance to win a little bag home. I didn't win, but I've already got my eyes on this bag that I've chosen. Think might get hubby to buy me an early X'mas gift?

Yes, I brought mummy dearest along with me...
From Left: My mum, me, Joey's mum, Joey, Valentine and Jeremy.
I was great to see them there. We had lots of fun, learning and looking at bags....
Shall end the post with a picture I took with Cosmopolitan's Editor-in-Chief, Deborah Tan. I've been idolizing her since her Cleo days, what a successful lady!
