Men In Black 3 opened on our shores last Thursday and I did a movie review on it. Have you read it? Why not?

As you can see, other than the duo, Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, there were also many celebrities to spot in the movie. One actress, however, who did capture my attention in this movie is Alice Eve. She played as the young Agent O and I kept telling my hubby, who is this gorgeous blonde?! She's simply too Barbie!

The London babe, Alice Eve first appeared in television dramas as well as two plays by Trevor Nunn and the play Rock 'n' Roll by Tom Stoppard. Then, she got her first film role in Starter for 10 (2006) with James McAvoy and followed that with the film Big Nothing (2006) alongside Simon Pegg. In 2006, she went to India to shoot the British miniseries Losing Gemma (TV). And in 2009, Alice was introduced to American audiences in the film Crossing Over. Her first high-profile role was in Sex and the City 2 (2010), where she played Charlotte York's Irish nanny. In 2011, Eve had a recurring guest role on the 8th season of the HBO series Entourage, playing Sophia, a journalist and love interest to Vincent Chase.

[Movie Review] Men In Black 3 (MIB 3)

The duo, Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith as back as Agent K and Agent J with Men In Black 3! I was invited to the premiere of at Vivocity last night to catch it in 3D.  With the constant humor, superb special effects throughout this action pack/adventurous storyline, and ending with a heart warming linkage to Agent J's (played by Will Smith) special relationship to Agent K (played by Tommy Lee Jones), I give it a 4 out of 5 popcorns for its entertainment value.

In "Men In Black 3", Agent J (Will Smith) and Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) are back... in time. J has seen some inexplicable things in his 15 years with the Men In Black, but nothing, not even aliens, perplexes him as much as his wry, reticent partner.
But when K's life and the fate of the planet are put at stake, J will have to travel back in time to put things right. J discovers that there are secrets to the universe that K never told him - secrets that will reveal themselves as he teams up with the young Agent K (Josh Brolin) to save his partner, the agency and the future of humankind.

The Men In Black franchise is no stranger to celebrity cameos, having seen the late singer Michael Jackson star in Men In Black 2. The latest film, Men In Black 3 will feature a few stars like pop princess Nicole Scherzinger, who took on a villainous role in the movie as Lily Poison, lover to Boris the Animal (played by Jemaine Clement) <--- Amazing makeup and special effects on this alien. Watch out for more blink-and-you'll-miss celebrity cameos from Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and my idol, Tim Burton as they flash up on the alien surveillance board.  (^_-)-☆ 

Also my favourite artist Andy Warhol (realli?!) would be making an appearance too!!!

Anne Fontaine Spring/Summer 2012

As promised, here is the Spring/Summer 2012 collection of Anne Fontaine. It is called "Glam & The City". Sounds familiar? Well, yes, Anne designed the collection according the the ladies of "Sex & The City".

A few pieces caught my eye and here's some photos of them.

First up, the Samantha Jones collection.

Samantha Jones is portrayed by Kim Cattrall in the HBO series and  she is seen as a confident, straightforward, highly sexual woman. Outspoken and self-proclaimed "try-sexual" (Try at least once for everything) is her motto. LOVE is never in her dictionary and more often you will relate SEX to her name.

The pieces that are inspired by Samantha Jones are like the character herself, loud, sexy and a little mysterious. The leopard prints on the bags and belts are all baked on!

I can totally see this bag around Samantha Jones' arm.

These mesh tops, create that mysterious feel, a little see through, not to fleshy for work and just nice for an evening out when you take off that coat.

The next line is an inspiration drawn from Charlotte York (Kristen Davis). She is a poise, nice lady whom I always see as a princess who is always on the look out for her knight in shining armor. Frills, flowers and safe colours are the things you will find in her wardrobe and this collection definitely portrayed that.

Black and white frills on collars and cuffs make a usual black top so flirty and fun!

This is Anne Fontaine's signature cardigan and this time, it comes with black and white polka dot frills!

 This top above is definitely what I call a Transformer. Not only is it just 1 piece, the collar and cuffs are detachable. Meaning you can wear it as it is, or collar and black sweater or black sweater with white cuffs to show off a little cleavage as well.

Last but not least, a collection that is inspired by Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker). Carrie is the lead in the series, a writer and has always been described as someone who lives for fashion and definitely a shoe addict. She always max out her credit cards, but would still rather buy a copy of Vogue magazine than have dinner. She frequently mixes kitschy vintage finds with high-end labels, creating a style she totally can call her own.

This collection is colourful, vibrant and very playful.

 

Even the belt is so adorable!

Anne Fontaine has pants as well, not just skirts and tops. Check out the wave pattern at the pockets...

There's a dual zip front on this blouse, so you can show some cleavage or your flat tummy, or even wear a white blouse instead and wear this as a vest.

There's also this more high end section at the store. I would say it's more dressy, more dramatic, more suitable for some fashion events, etc.
